Our place cards and escort cards can be individually printed with each guest’s name and table number, and come as a flat or folded card.
What is the difference between an escort card and a place card?
Escort Cards tell your guests which table they will be seated at your reception. Place cards tell your guests which seat at the table they’ll be sitting at!
Do I really need them?
Yes, unless you want your guests to choose which table to sit at. Place cards aren’t necessary, but are recommended if you are having a plated dinner. We differentiate each card with a color or gemstone to help your servers know which guest should receive which dish!
When should I order them?
As soon as you have finalized your table seating arrangements, which you should do once you have all your RSVPs in! This will typically be about 1-2 weeks before your wedding day.
